This retreat brought me closer to my feelings and helped me reconnect with my spiritual side. Practicing gratitude reminded me of how much I already have. Every day felt deeper than the last, and today, doing the gratitude circle, was truly powerful. I’ve started sleeping better, feeling more energetic, and I’m much calmer overall. Even my fitness tracker reflects the change. I plan to continue yoga, pranayama, and daily gratitude. This journey felt safe from day one. I think everyone could benefit from emotional healing, even if they don’t realise it yet.
I feel so much lighter now. My heart is calm and free from stress. Every morning, I plan to spend 15 minutes with myself, through yoga, meditation, or just quiet reflection. This retreat felt like being with family. I could share openly without any judgment. The structure was beautiful, the food was nourishing, and it helped me understand the value of caring for my body and mind. I hope more people from around the world get to experience this.
This retreat went far beyond what I imagined. I thought it would just be about yoga, but the mental and meditative practices took me to a place I didn’t know I could reach. I came in anxious; I’m leaving calm, light, and clear. The yoga helped release all the stiffness in my body, and the depth of meditation was unlike anything I’ve experienced. If I had to rate this, 10 wouldn’t be enough. Everyone, especially those facing pressure in city life, should experience this kind of transformation
Annamay Dwaar (अन्नमय द्वार) – Physical Health: This is the entry point. We focus on grounding the body through mindful movement, nourishing food, and rest—because healing begins with the body.
Praanmay Dwaar (प्राणमय द्वार) – Cleansing & Detoxification: Here, we work with breath, energy flow, and cleansing rituals to release stagnant energy and awaken vitality.
Manomay Dwaar (मनोमय द्वार) – Relaxation & Rejuvenation: This door calms the mind. Through silence, nature immersion, and guided meditations, participants begin to unwind mental chatter and reconnect with inner stillness.
Chetnamay Dwaar (चेतनामय द्वार) – Emotional Healing: We address subconscious patterns, emotional wounds, and inner child work—offering a safe space for release, reflection, and healing.
Vijnanmay Dwaar (विज्ञानमय द्वार) – Mental Clarity: This door focuses on rewiring thoughts, belief systems, and building self-awareness. It combines ancient wisdom with contemporary psychology.
Anandmay Dwaar (आनंदमय द्वार) – Compassion & Oneness: Once deeper clarity emerges, participants begin to access a sense of joy, love, and connection—with self, others, and the universe.
Atmamay Dwaar (आत्ममय द्वार) – Spiritual Upliftment: The final door is where integration happens. It’s about aligning with one’s higher self, experiencing soul remembrance, and stepping into a life of purpose and presence.
Each door is both symbolic and experiential—offering tools, practices, and therapies that guide participants from the outer world to the inner sanctuary. The foundation is deeply philosophical, but the experience is profoundly personal, grounded, and transformative.
